Jasmine & Aladdin Production

Last week my school had our production. For those of you who don't know a school production at our school is when the whole school works together to make a show.


Most Year 5 & 6's are in the main cast however some of then perform in an amazing dance during the show. All Year 0 - 4 students do a dance during the show.

Our show was based on Aladdin, however it was more about Jasmine.  I was one of the six storytellers. When the storytellers are not on stage they sit on stools below the stage. Below are the songs for each class.



Kereru (Rm 1) - Walk Like a Camel
Piwakawaka (Rm 4) - Cha Cha Slide
Toutouwai (Rm 2) - Shopping
Kakapo (Rm 3) - Cups
Haumia (Rm 6) - Roar
Mokoroa - Wipe Out
Te Waka Ako (Senior Dance Group) - Respect

NOTE: I WAS NOT HERE FOR THE FRIDAY PERFORMANCE

    The production was great! You spoke your words so clearly and with a lot of expression. Well done to the whole school for another amazing show.
