SLJ Week 5 Day 5 - Do Something New

Do Something New

Hello bloggers around the world🌏👈, today for SLJ we had to do a google earth project about 15 places in NZ. Then we had to do a video of us explaining everything. I am in a it of a time crunch right now so that's why this is a very short post. Below is my project and video.

Thank you for reading

  1. Kia Ora Daniel,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey.

I really enjoyed this activity as I love going on road trips around New Zealand and exploring all the beautiful places and attractions.

I think you did an amazing job with this post you chose some of the most beautiful, interesting and fun places to visit like Rainbows End, Hobbiton and Tāne Mahuta. You introduced and explained each location well and shared some great facts on each place.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching your video and I think you went above and beyond so I am going to mark this as an OUTSTANDING post so you receive some bonus points.

Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.

    Ngā mihi nui,
    Zana Yates

  2. Ka pai Daniel. What a great video and an awesome collection of great places. I was at Te Papa yesterday looking at the new nature exhibits. The only ones I haven't been to are the Wero Water Park, the East Cape Lighthouse and the Cardboard Cathedral. Have you been to all these places?

  3. Mōrena Daniel,

Fiona here from the Summer Learning Journey team. Thank you for creating and sharing your fantastic video for the 'Do Something New' activity. I am not from New Zealand and so I'm often looking for beautiful places to visit now that I live here. Your video has given me lots of great ideas - ngā mihi nui!

Congratulations on receiving bonus points! He whetū koe! (you’re a star!)

    Mā te wā,

    Fiona (SLJ).
