SLJ Wk4 D2 A3 - Girl Power

Hi Bloggers,
The Summer Learning Journey is nearly over! I am doing activity 3 (so I can get as many points as possible) which is about role models. We had to find someone who is a role model and why.

I picked my Dad. Here is why.
I think my Dad is a role model because, he is a busy working parent, but he is also a role model because, he shows other people (including me and my 2 brothers) what to do and what to not do.

  2. Ata Mārie Daniel,

Kueni here from the Summer Learning Journey (SLJ). Can you believe we’re only a few days from finishing the programme for this Summer. I feel like it has gone by so fast, are you excited to be going back to school soon?

Ka pai on an awesome blog post today about your Role Model. This has been one of my favourite activities because you get to talk about some who is important to you and that you look up to.

I think it is really lovely that you have chosen to talk about you dad today, I can tell that he is someone that is very special to you and your brothers and that he does a lot for you.

What are some fun things you and your brothers do with your dad in the weekend when he is not working so hard?

    Ngā Mihi,
    Kueni :)

  3. Hello Daniel,
I was just clowning around when I found this blog post! I looked at it and decided to comment on it. Can you even believe that the Summer Learning Journey is almost over? Even though it is ending you still have a little bit of time to gain a few more points. I really enjoyed reading this blog post! Let me explain why I like it. Firstly, you added a picture. Secondly, you told us who you picked. I think my dad is a role model for me as well. He always helps me with everything I do. Maybe next time you could add some back story to the activity. Overall, this is a phenomenal blog post! Keep up the astonishing work!
