SLJ Wk4 D3 A3 - Feast or Famine

Hi Bloggers,
I am still counting down for the end of the Summer Learning Journey! Today I am doing activity 3 which is about 20 or 40 hour Famine and if we ever wanted to do it and why.

I personally would not because I don't like to much change even for 20 or 40 hours. I might do a 20 hour one but not a 40 hour challenge. I you would like to participate in it here is a link

  1. Hello Daniel,
Good morning. The Summer Learning Journey is, so close to ending. Get the last of your activities out. The thing that attracted my attention was the photo you added. Another thing I liked was that you attributed your image. I understand that 40 hours is a long time. I also agree with you. I might do a 20 hour one. 40 hours might be too much. On the bright side if you participate you help people in need. Maybe next time you could add a bit more information about what you would give up for the 20-40 Hour Famine. Overall, this is a phenomenal blog post! Keep up the astonishing work!

  3. Ata Mārie Daniel,

Kueni here from the Summer Learning Journey, I hope you are having a lovely Wednesday morning. Don’t forget that the programme finishes this Friday the 24th of January, you still have a bit of time to get as many activities completed as possible!

Thank you so much for sharing with us today what you think about the 20/40 hour famine while also letting us know why you probably wouldn’t want to take part in it. I really like that you have also shared the link for the World Vision page on your blog post for all your readers to go and check out if they want to.

Did you know that the 20/40 hour famine isn’t just food? Some people do things like not use technology for the 40 hours, or only drink water so there are many different ways that you can get involved in it too. Let me know what you think about that.

    Ngā Mihi,
    Kueni :)
