Brownies

Today in addition to my daily post. (Link) I am also posting about some brownies I made with my nanny, Kaitlin. They were absolutely delicious. The downside was that they took FOREVER to bake. I think it is something wrong with our oven. Anyway they were definitely worth the wait. They are from Cafe Delites.

  1. Hi Daniel
Yum, yum yum! My mouth is watering looking at the delicious Brownie you made with your nanny, literally watering as I'm looking at the photo! Our daughter has a recipe that has both milk and white chocolate buttons in it. The only problem is that that when I start eating it, I can't stop. It is soooo delicious!
I'm very interested that you call you nana 'nanny' as that's what my grandkids call me. I don't often hear it so I was very interested and happy that I'm sharing my name with another nanny.
I hope lochdown is going well for you and that you and your family are safe, well and happy. It's much shorter this time and I'm looking forward to school startig on Monday.
Enjoy the rest of your week.

  3. Talofa Daniel!
Those brownies look super delicious. Thank you for putting up the recipe link, I would love to try bake them. Was this for your other activity today? Yesterday, I made choc chip cookies with my mum and my sister. Maybe next time you could take photos of you making the mixture.

Overall, fantastic work Daniel. Keep up the magnificent effort.
Have a lovely afternoon, blog you later!

  4. Kia Ora Daniel, well that brownie looks absolutely delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe with us. I haven't done any baking during lockdown, but I have enjoyed lots of treats that have been baked for me - yesterday's delight was Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins! Did you check the settings on your oven, along with the recipe suggestion for the heat required? Keep up the fabulous job of blogging!
